You may have entered the incorrect email address or password, or mistyped your email address or password. Check to make sure that you have entered the correct email and password before trying to sign in again. If you still cannot sign in, continue troubleshooting below.
1) Make sure your password upper/lower case - as passwords are case sensitive (your email address/login is not case sensitive)
2) Change your password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen and then follow instructions
If you forgot what email address you used to register please select NO next to "Did you find it helpful?" at the bottom of this knowledge base article. Provide any information you remember when you signed up such as the mail address you think you used, last 4 digits of your credit card, date of sign-up etc.We will need to contact you for information to confirm your identity and reset your account.
