If you are not receiving the password email , it is likely getting blocked or sent to your SPAM folder.  Please try the following:


1) Check your SPAM folder for the password reset email.  If more than 30 minutes have passed since you made the reset request, you will need to make a new password reset request here:  https://aptnlumi.ca/forgotpassword


2) Add noreply@aptnlumi.ca to your approved contacts and make the password reset request again.  https://aptnlumi.ca/forgotpassword
